Our Loan Process
Capital Consultants tries to make the loan process easy for our clients. There are times when we will need to contact you for documents and other information to provide to the lender. Here is an outline of what to expect when we process your loan. Please keep in mind that this is just a guide and your loan may have slightly different requirements.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your loan officer or processor. We are here to help!

Mortgage Consultation
Your loan officer will go over your goals and needs to find the program that best fits your financial situation.

Loan Application
This form will require detailed information regarding your employment, income, assets, etc.

Underwriting
Your loan processor will need to gather the necessary documents to be submitted to the lender. We will contact you if there is anything that we need.

Closing
once we get the approval from underwriting your loan will be ready to close. At this time you will need to schedule a closing date with the title company you will be using. You will be notified as to what you need to bring to closing.

Moving Day
Congratulations! You are now a home owner!
